Hi, I will arrive taipei taoyuan airport at 17.45

is there anyway, I can take a transport direct to Cingjing as looking at the Shuttle bus schedule from Taichung, I will not be able to make it to Taichung hsr station to catch the shuttle bus to cingjing. Please advise on how I should go about doing it? Thank you.
