About:Hainan 30-Day Visa-Free Access

If I have a mainland China visa 1 entry can I go to Hainan and come back to mainland?

My girlfriend a Filipino holder passport comes with a one entry visa, she lands in mainland, we want to go to Sanya after a week but we have to come to mainland after... is it possible or going to Hainan counts as getting out of china? Also, i have a student visa and my passport is not included in those free entry visa countries, should I get a visa on arrival as well?

In your and in her case a travel to Hainan is the same as the travel from Beijing to Shanghai. Her single entry visa will not be consumed if you travel and after your stay, exit Hainan. For both of you Hainan is just an ordinary part of China. It is not ordinary only for those who are arriving visa free, but they are another story that you really should not bother about.
