About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

144hrs visa free china

Hi, I am flying to Chengdu from Korea on June 20 and my flight to Malaysia is 26 at 11.55 p.m. What happens if the flight gets delayed or cancelled? Will I be considered overstaying even its airline fault?

If the flight gets delayed or even cancelled, you need to apply for a normal visa at local exit and entry administration so that you won't overstay in China.
