Can you tell me where the visa office is located in the airport, as we will be flying in from Australia and don't wont to be in the situation where we cant get the 5 day visa.

Please, just dont bother about this detail. You simply can't miss it because if arriving without visa, you will be kindly directed into right direction :). It is in reality quite close (before) to the immigration facility in arrival hall of Bao'an airport.0
