About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Does my Thai wife need a visa for our 8 hour layover in Beijing? Staying inside airport.

Flying from Bangkok, TH to Beijing (8 hour layover) then on to Houston, TX USA. Wife will have her Thailand passport and US visa. Thanks for help.

Yes that is fine for 24 hour transit.
