Visa application for mainland China from Delhi having passport from Kolkata,jurisdiction

I am traveling to mainland China with my husband and 3 year old son from 11 July to 17 July 2019 on tourist visa.My husband and son's passport have been issued from Kolkata,West Bengal jurisdiction and my passport is from Delhi jurisdiction. We are living in Gurgaon,Haryana from last 10 years and have our bank account rent details from Haryana .Kindly suggest is it ok for my husband and son to apply for visa from New Delhi. I am raising this question as one of the travel agent has asked us to change our National Id card ( Aadar Card/Driving License to change the address of our permanent communication address to current communication address.Please suggest if they require to change address for aadhar card
