If only one need to go to China for study, working, settlement or media activities, visa is required no matter how long it will stay. Can you please clarify that? But if you go to China for study, working, settlement or media activities, visa is required no matter how long it will stay. Plus, the third country means that the country before coming to China and the country leaving China are not one.

So my question would I be alright (Kiribati passport) if to go to China for less than 30 days without a visa but just need a document (endorsement letter) from your office to have it with me while I attend the 'FIBA World Congress' in Beijing. Please advise. Thank you
