Can I- Kiribati citizens granted a visa free transit in Hong Kong without going through customs?

I am a Kiribati citizen traveling to New Delhi India. I will be transiting in Hong Kong for a couple of hours prior my international connection flight. I have a return ticket as to my destination, India and back to Kiribati. I will transit twice in Hong Kong airport according to my itinerary and each of those transit, i will have to spend only less than 9 hours waiting between my International flight connections.
