About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have a vietnamerse citizenship and fly from Frankfurt to Hanoi via Beijing.

Can I also get the free transit 24 hours?

Yes you can, but keep in mind that your transit should not be longer than 24 hours.

Your itinerary Frankfurt - Beijing - Hanoi is fine and you can enjoy 24 hours visa free transit, but keep in mind that your transit should not be longer than 24 hours even for just 5 minutes more.
