how do i go from changshui airport to kunming railway station?

I will arrive airport at 21:00? And I want to go to the Railway Station to take a train to Lijiang.Can I go from airport to the Railway Station by bus, or subway?How long by bus? And how long by subway if it's possible at 21:00?

You can take Metro Line from the airport to East Coach Station and transfer to Metro Line 3 to Dongfeng Square. After that, transfer to Metro Line 2 to South Ring Road. Get out of the Exit D and walk south about 1km to the station. It takes about 1 hour and costs CNY6. You can catch the subways since they all stop operating after 22:20. You can also take airport bus line 2B to the railway station and it takes about 1 hour. The bus fare is CNY25.
