chinese business visa for nepali living in japan

I had been China before in tourist visa from Nepal. This time I want to get business visa living in Japan Tokyo. How to get it , processing requirements is?

You should make an appointment to submit your application at CVASC in Tokyo. The required documents include your passport, application form and photo, Japan residence permit, and invitation letter for business from your trade partner in China.
