Of course, you qualify! The reason is simple... The real counting of your allowed hours does not begin at the hour of your arrival, but from the midnight of the next day and it is always scheduled times that are taken into consideration. So, your stay begins on June 21 at 00:01 and you are perfectly allowed to stay in Chengdu until June 26 at 23:59. You are departing 4 minutes before your deadline, so you are perfectly fine. Please, remember to bring your flight tickets and accommodation booking in hard copy.

Yes, you are perfectly eligible for 144 hours visa free transit. Just one short explanation... The time of your 144 hours visa free transit doesn't begin on June 20 when you arrive in Chengdu, but the next day at midnight, to be precise on June 21 at 00:01. Like this, you are definitely allowed to stay in Chengdu until June 26 at 23:59. As you can see, you will depart 4 minutes before your deadline and it is important to stress that only the scheduled arrivals and scheduled departures are taken into consideration, i.e. it really doesn't matter whether your plane is late, postponed or even cancelled. You are legally covered. You should just bring your flight tickets and accommodation booking in hard copy and that's it.
