sunset at the wall in gubei water town

It will be 6 people on Tuesday 28 May 2019 around 6pm. Do we need to book in advance? Can we go without a guide? We have been many times, but never in the evening. We also would like to have dinner at one of the restaurants, but I can't remember the name unfortunately. It's on the big square and serves western food, I believe it's a steakhouse and has white table clothes on the tables. Can you help me with the name and contact details please? Yes, you need to book in advance and you can go without a tour guide. However, the Great Wall will close at 18:00 so you may not enjoy the sunset. I'm not clear about the restaurant you mentioned. Maybe you can seek help for the staff of the scenic area.
