Sunset at the wall in Gubei Water Town

It will be 6 people on Tuesday 28 May 2019 around 6pm. Do we need to book in advance? Can we go without a guide? We have been many times, but never in the evening. We also would like to have dinner at one of the restaurants, but I can't remember the name unfortunately. It's on the big square and serves western food, I believe it's a steakhouse and has white table clothes on the tables. Can you help me with the name and contact details please?
