About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Singapore - Nanjing - Shanghai - Hong Kong

Would it be permissible to enter via Nanjing Lukou (from Singapore) om a Tuesday with (144 hour visa thus starting at midnight on Wednesday) and then exit via SH Pudong to Hong Kong the following Monday?
