About:Chinese Clay Figurine Museum

USA - HKG- Sanya, Hainan - USA or Vice Versa

USA/Sanya/HK/USA-- Air fare is most attractive for this route.

As long as I stay only in Hainan, I can stay up to 30 days?
OR
I can do HKG to Sanya round trip up to 30 days.

Both have to be organized by Travel Agencies in Hainan.

Thats how I read it. Is that correct?

Yes, that is correct. All you need is to make a rough itinerary and make a contact with relevant agency. Of course, it can be this one, Travel China Guide and you will agree to take one or two of their agency products like airport transfer to your accommodation and/or some simple half day tour. After you have agreed everything with the agency, they will support to you to enjoy 30 day visa free access to Hainan.

Wait, wait, there is no need for flight tickets to be organized by agency... As I have previously told you, you will make an interaction with agency for mutual benefit, but you will purchase your flight tickets of your choice.
