About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

New visa explanation

Newly issued chinese visa mentions expiry date which was "enter before" in old visa format. I believe it has same meaning that you can enter before expiry date and can stay as long as it is mentioned in staying days. Am i right?
