Now I´ve one further question:Above and also on the website from Shanghai General Station of Immigration Inspection I found this link for the online E-Application: www(dot)police(dot)sh(dot)cn/crj/But the link is not working for me!? Through search engine I found this one: www(dot)gaj(dot)sh(dot)gov(dot)cn/crj/Is this a new and the correct one?Many thanks in advance for a short feedback again.

Please, just do not bother with this efforts to do a part of the formalities in advance, although your efforts are logical. It appears that the e-application system is down, so you will perform the formalities upon your arrival in Shanghai in person. There are no real differences between the two approaches. Just have your flight tickets and accommodation booking in printed form.

You should just forget about this option, although your effort is logical. You will accomplish everything necessary upon your arrival in Shanghai, so just don't bother yourself any more with this application system. Just don't forget to have all the necessary documentation, i.e. flight tickets and accommodation booking in printed form.
