Can a Russian citizen and a Thai citizen get a visa on arrival from Hong Kong to Shenzhen for 5 days? How much does it cost?

The citizen of Thailand does not need a visa to enter China because Thailand citizen can enter China, Shenzhen included, abolutely visa free for a period of up to 30 days. Russian citizen can normally obtain a 5 days Shenzhen visa on arrival, there is no doubt about it. You should be aware about the border crossings that offer this type of visa and their opening hours, as it is presented in the text just above this forum section.
