Could you specify what the "Speical Economic Zone" is, if I want go by the VOA?

Is it correct that its within 9 zones?

Is Longgang District in Shenzhen one of these zones?

You can easily find out the boundaries of SZ Special Economic Zone by searching online and by clicking on images after you have been shown the search results. It will show you the exact boundaries of the area. By the way, Longgang district is within this zone, so you can freely travel there using your 5 days VOA.
