Proof of Travel for Visa "L" application

As (actual) tickets are only issued close to departure, is our "YOUR HOLIDAY BOOKING ADVICE" showing our travel plans, and proof of payment for our trip, sufficient to apply for a Type L Visa? Together of course, with Passport, Copy of Passport, Photo and Application Form.
