Unfortunately, you are not eligible for 30-day free visa access. The reason is simple. Even by leaving aside the rules of 30-day free visa access, you primary obstacle is the impossibility to travel through Sanya and Guangzhou and finaly arriving in Haikou using any kind of visa free regime. To clarify...
Let's assume that 30-day free visa access allows arrivals from some airport in mainland China, although it doesn't, you should have a visa to cross Sanya and Guangzhou airports. Why? Simply because every type of visa free transit in China implies that you will arrive in China from a country A (different than mainland China), make a transfer in one (in case of 72 and 144 hours schemes) or more (in case of 24 hours scheme) mainland Chinese airports and after that leave China for a country C. As you can see, you cannot satisfy the requirements imposed by Sanya and Guangzhou visa free travel, being it 24 or 72 hours visa free transit. To simplify, your route is:
London - Sanya - Guangzhou - Haikou
As you can see, London is in country A, Sanya and Guangzhou are mainland China (country B) and Haikou is again in - mainland China (country B). There is no country C. This kind of itinerary requires Chinese visa in advance and by this visa you can travel through entire China, including Hainan and you will not have any requirement for 30-day free visa access.
By the way, I'm aware that Sanya is also on Hainan island, but that fact doesn't change the rules imposed by visa free logic: country A - China (country B) - country C.
