Multiple entries into China

Hi all, quick question

I've got two flight itenaries

1. India to China (Beijing) on May 3 ; (Beijing) China to India on Jun 1st

During my visit to China , I plan on leaving china in between these days to Canada for travel purposes

2. China (Beijing) to Canada (Vancouver) on May 11 and Canada (Vancouver) to China (Beijing) on Jun 1st

Is it possible to travel back to India from Canada via China granted that I have only a single entry visa and not multiple entry visa. Would I need to apply for transit visa in this case.

Please help me.

Regards,
Rohit K.

Yes. You don't need a visa for the last part as long as you will be leaving the country within 24 hours.
