About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Applicable for transit via kunming and shanghai
My flight is from ho chi minh to amsterdam. I arrive at 23:00h in Kunming, would fly the day after to Shanghai and in the night (01.00h) to Amsterdam.
At HCM (TIA) airport they did not want to - or could not - as they called it, check me in as I don’t have a Visa for entering China. Apparently the 72h visa is only applicable if you have a transit in only one pf the major cities. It’s not applicable if you have two lay-overs.
Or have the employees of TIA airport accidentally mistaken?
