Can we get a group visa.

There are 2 UK citizens entering China by plane into Xian and leaving China by cruise ship from Bejing. During our stay in China we are on a tour using the bullet train and staying in hotels. We enter and leave at the same time. We are not re entering China and are in China for 6 days. Any help will be good regarding this.

I have just read online that a group now is classed as two or more people and has just been recently changed to this

2 people cannot get a group visa.

You need tourist (L) visa. Group is 5+ people.
