About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Vietnam - Shenzhen - USA

I'm a USA citizen flying home from Vietnam and stopping in Shenzhen for a 4 hour layover. I can't figure out if Shenzhen is a valid port of entry for the 24 hour exemption. Is it?

It is since recently. You can use it and enjoy 24 hours visa free transit.
