About:China Private Visit Visa

equivalent to work visa ?

I just received a job offer to teach english in china but they told me I am not eligible for a work visa so I will need a business visa ? is it safe ?

It's not safe to take a long-term job using an F visa. I would strongly suggest you apply for a Z visa.
