About:Beijing Transportation

I fly from EU area to Taiwan and have transfer in Beijing Capital Airport.

I do have Chinese visa. If I want to exit for a moment and enter again, do I need to apply some kind of permit to be able to enter again?

Yes, you need to apply for the Stay Permit when you arriving at the airport.
