About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Certificate Certification

Hello there,

I would like to apply for a postdoctoral fellow position at Hunan University. But since my PhD certificate is in English, they asked me to translate it to Chinese first and verify it from the Chinese embassy and only then I can apply.
I have already done the translation and now I want to know what documents I need to bring besides the Chinese translation in order to certify it?

Thank you

In addition to the translated file, you need the followings:
1. One fully completed and signed Application Form of Consular Legalization of the Embassy/Consulate
2. A photocopy of the photo/information page of your passport.
3. The original and photocopy of the certificate to be authenticated after been legalized by Ministry of foreign Affairs Malaysia.
