Do Singaporean need to apply visa to China as a tourist ?

I will be flying to Beijing for 3 days and thereafter take a bullet train to Shanghai and stayed for 3 days in Shanghai before coming back to Singapore. The intended travel period is in Sep 19. Do I need to have a visa to China as a tourist ?

If the layover time in China is no more than 15 days, you don't need visa for it.
