Taxi from Xian North Railway station at midnight

I will be reaching Xian north railway station at midnight and need a taxi to the Chenggong Hotel. What would be the recommended transportation?

For taxi, how many luggages they can keep?

It is better to take a taxi since the public transport may not be available at that time. It costs about CNY50-60. They can keep at least 2 suitcases.
