About:Guangzhou to Hong Kong Train

High speed Train from hongkong to baiyun international air port

Is there a high speed or bullet Train from hong Kong to Baiyun international airport straight into transit without going through immigration in china?

There is no such option, if you need to enter Guangzhou, you will go through immigration. If you take a flight to GZ and stay within 24 or 72 hours, you may not need visa.
