Wanting to marry my Boyfriend

I lived in China for 6 years but my work ended so I had to move home and no longer have my permanent resident card in China. He is Chinese I am Canadian. Can I get a visa to go back and marry him? What kind of entry permit would I need?

You can try to apply for tourist L type for that in mainland China.
