About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

RTW Trip UK Passport can I go Hong Kong - Shanghai 2days bullet to Beijing 2days fly to LDN visa fre

Trip duration 5 weeks from London to various US Cities to Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong and rather than to London would like to return via Shanghai for 2 days exploring then bullet train to Beijing 2 days exploring then home the following day so under 144 hours BUT visiting 2 Regions - please advise

Your post is not clear on how you want to achieve this. Here is the deal: you need a visa when
1) going from HK to SH by HSR
2) visiting SH and BJ without leaving the country in between
3) flying HK-SH, then travel to BJ by HSR, finally leaving the country from BJ.

Thx John, I would fly from HK to SH then HSR to BJ then fly back to UK so will have to pay the £151 for a Visa which I find annoying but thk you for confirming
