144-Hour Visa-Free Transit in China.

Netherlands - Singapore - cruise via Vietnam, Hongkong to Shanghai - Netherlands

Hi, I wonder if I am eligible for 144 hrs basis the following travel schedule.

Netherlands to Singapore (stay of 4 nights)
Cruise from Singapore, Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh and Nha Trang), Hong Kong to Shanghai.
Followed by a 3 night stay in a hotel in Shanghai.
Flight back from Shanghai to Netherlands, with transfer in Paris, France.
I bave the Dutch nationality.
