About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arriving with Cruise go back same day as Thai Citizen

I will arrive with an Cruise Ship in Shanghai and plan to go on same day back to Bangkok. can i use in this case the 24 gour Rule ? So that i dont need to apply an Visa? i am an Thai Citizen

You can use 24 hours TWOV, but your cruise ship has to be arriving from a country or territory (Taiwan, Macau and Honk Kong) different than mainland China or Thailand. For example, if you are arriving to Shanghai from Taiwan and after that you are flying to Thailand, this is perfectly fine.
