About:China Private Visit Visa

S1 visa for wife

Need go out from china and apply s1 ? And medical check up is needed ??? How many days it’s take after applying it?

Usually, you are supposed to apply for Chinese visa from the CAVSC in your country. You don't have to do medical check if it's not required by the visa office.
