FRANKFURT --> SEOUL (3hrs stop-over) --> QINGDAO --> SEOUL (5 days stay) --> FRANKFURT

Hi, Do I qualify for 144 hrs visa (Qingdao): Dutch national/passport

FRANKFURT --> SEOUL (3hrs stop-over) --> QINGDAO --> SEOUL (5 days stay) --> FRA

No you don't as Seoul - Qingdao - Seoul is not a transit and you have to apply for a tourist visa to visit China.
