Entering China without a visa

Can you look at my trips if they are eligible for 144 hrs transit visa or entering China without a visa?

San Francisco - Qingdao (13.5 hrs layover- I will leave the airport) - Incheon, Korea
Incheon, Korea - QD (3 days of layover - I will leave the airport) - Shanghai (4 hrs of layover - I won't leave the airport) - San Francisco

Hi, you can transfer in the city for the first time without a visa because of the 24-hour free visa transit. However, you are not eligible for the 144- hour free visa transit when you back from Korea since you stop in Shanghai after staying in QD. You are suggested to change your schedule or just apply for a visa in advance.
