Avoiding Visa

Hello,
I am a Japanese citizen travelling to Shanghai for 1 month.
I would like to know if I can avoid applying for a visa by staying there less than 15 days, then leave the country for a few days and come back in Shanghai to stay for less than 15 days again.
Thank you very much.
