Visa(tourist) L to X1 in Shenzhen

Is it possible to change my visa from Tourist visa (L) to student visa (X1)? I’m studying Chinese in Shenzhen University and already have JW202.

Yes, it's possible. You can have a try at the local entry and exit administration.
