About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Nepal citizen (US permanent resident) able to leave airport in Shanghai?
My mother-in-law is a Nepal citizen, but a US permanent resident. We are flying from the US to Shanghai, where she will fly within 24-hours to Nepal (via Bangkok). Is she eligible for the 24-hour TWOV, assuming Shanghai is the only Chinese city she stops in? Thank you!
