About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Minor of foreign nationality living in China for long term.

I am Dutch national married to Chinese national, our daughter born in China got Dutch nationality through parental acknowledgment at Dutch embassy in Beijing so my question is how does it work my daughter living and going to school in Beijing for long term ?

If your daughter has Dutch nationality, she needs student X type visa to study and live in mainland China.
