Dutch citizen cruise from Shanghai --> Japan

Hello I have a Dutch pasport, arrive 14 februar 2020 at Shanghai airport and leave 15 februari with a cruise vessel to Okinawa. Can I apply for a 72 or 144hr free visa at the Shanghai airport..?

Yes, you can apply for the free transit at Shanghai airport.
