About:Beijing Taxi

Beijing Capital Airport to West Railway Train Station for flight arriving in at 4am

I would like to prebook a taxi (English speaking if possible) to collect me and a large suitcase in PEK in May at 4am. I would need help to buy a ticket for the Bullet train to Shijazihuang, Hebei or can I prebook this ticket online?

I don't know if this is too late & you've been & gone but.... last time I was in Beijing it was very early in the morning & there were plenty of taxis. You can book a car or van online but you will be charged at least double the price of a standard taxi. I had no problem, the driver didn't speak English & I didn't speak Chinese but there was a meter & all went well.
