Transportation Card at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway station

Hi!
arriving at Hongqiao station can i buy the Shanghai Public Transportation Card there? is a counter service or vending machine?

Yes, there is a service counter inside the Hongqiao Railway Station Metro Station. You can purchase the transportation card there.
