Can I use the 144 hour Visa free transit twice in a single month?

I'am arriving in to Shanghai from Hong Kong on June 4th then flying out to the UK on 8th. I'am then flying back in to Shanghai from the UK on 26th June, then flying out to Hong Kong on 29th June before flying back to the UK.
