About:China Student Visa

Help with which type of visa I should apply for

I'm planning on going to China this summer and taking classes and so I will be applying for the X2, but after that gets done (only a month) I am thinking about getting an internship for another 6 weeks. Would I have to apply for a working z or would I be allowed to work at a "short" internship on the X2?

If it is a paid internship, maybe you need to apply for a work Z type for that. You can contact the visa office to confirm that.
