About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Will this qualify for Beijing 144 hours visa free policy?

Brussels to Paris
Paris to PEK
PEK to Amsterdam
Amsterdam to Brussels

I suspect it does because I fly in from France and back to the Netherlands

Of course this itinerary is fine for transit without visa. If you're combining AF and KL flights, it's a common way to qualify for twov from Europe.
