About:Beijing Capital International Airport

Hi..I will be arriving on T3 Beijing Capital international terminal

And will be departing from the same terminal within 65 mins..is the transit time sufficient?

If you just transfer from international flight to international flight, it is possible as you hurry up. If it is from international to domestic or vice versa, the time is not sufficient and you need to change your schedule.
