From Airport to Changsha Train Station

Hi,
I am arriving Changsha and will be taking a 4.20am train to ZJJ. I am considering taking the bus to the train station. Will there be any available bus around 2:30am departing from the airport and would it be safe to walk from City Aviation Hotel where the bus stops to the train station at around 3:30am?

It says that the bus will end after last flight landing. So I am not sure if you can still find a bus at that time. Walking at midnight is not a problem and it is a short distance. But if you miss the last bus, taxi should be the only option.
